Lead, mentor, and manage the medical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Must be KSA resident
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical sales manager or a related healthcare sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
