We are hiring an Operations Executive (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, builds and runs new services for our customers, manages 3P Store Operations and Delivery Service Partners (DSP) on the last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies—including attendance tracking—are implemented fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance—including productivity, quality, and safety—to meet or exceed Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team Lead for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end daily operations for a combination of small sites and supervising last mile operations.
  • Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and ensuring safety and morale of your team.
  • Driving performance management of team members and preparing training and development plans for riders.
  • Continuously improving the delivery process to achieve sustained performance enhancements.
  • Conducting 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station daily.
  • Standing in for the Area Manager when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Saudi Arabia to analyze, implement, and monitor best practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate team members.
  • Experience managing last mile logistics.
  • Strong execution skills; action-oriented and proactive.
  • Resourceful in achieving goals with limited resources.
  • Ability to work under pressure
