Jasara is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Stakeholder Management to join our team on a high-profile confidential project.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with all key stakeholders involved in our projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns are effectively addressed throughout the project lifecycle, ultimately supporting Jasara's mission to deliver exceptional project management and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans that align with project goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, and assess their needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, community members, and other relevant parties.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and consultations with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze stakeholder satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into project plans and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in stakeholder management or community engagement within the engineering, construction or real estate development sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced level communication in Arabic & English required.
