COMPANY OVERVIEW :

  • A leading global automotive brand is expanding rapidly in the GCC and is seeking a results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to support its growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is positioned within the OEM regional organization and will be critical in driving national fleet performance, supporting the authorized dealer network, and securing direct business with large corporate, leasing, and government clients.
  • This role will be directly reporting to the Regional Sales Director – GCC.

ROLE SUMMARY :

  • The Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and growing the brand’s fleet and corporate sales portfolio across Saudi Arabia, working in close alignment with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The scope includes supporting the dealer network’s fleet operations, initiating direct sales to key corporate and institutional accounts, and executing national fleet strategies designed by the regional office.
  • KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE :

  • Manage and grow fleet sales volumes through a combination of dealer channel support and direct OEM-led sales.
  • Develop national fleet programs and provide guidance and tools to dealers for successful execution.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key clients in the corporate, leasing, rental, and government sectors.
  • Lead pricing proposals, tender coordination, and volume forecasting aligned with regional targets.
  • Support dealers in identifying and closing high-volume opportunities; assist with customer presentations, demos, and deal structuring.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with fleet sales processes, reporting standards, and brand expectations.
  • Monitor and report on competitor fleet activity, pricing trends, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (product, marketing, logistics, aftersales) to deliver end-to-end fleet solutions.
  • Report regularly to the regional sales leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS :

    Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet / corporate sales within the Saudi automotive market.
  • Strong understanding of dealer operations and ability to influence dealer sales teams.
  • Proven success in OEM, distributor, or leasing environments managing high-volume vehicle transactions.
  • Existing relationships with large fleet buyers (corporate, rental, government).
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic a strong advantage).
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Preferred

  • Experience working within an automotive OEM regional or national office.
  • Familiarity with Asian Car brands and their fleet sales practices.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tracking platforms.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills at both operational and executive levels.
