As a PP Account Manager, you play a vital part in Canon's innovative business sales team & you will be responsible for bringing in new Business to Business (B2B) clients & renewing, upselling & cross selling to existing clients in the KSA, thereby creating revenue growth by increasing sales of Production Print Products.
By regularly engaging with new potential customers & existing customers in this vertical, you will serve as the relationship lead to these clients, as well as an internal advocate for the clients at CKSA.
You are responsible for understanding each client’s unique environment, business needs, technology vision & internal motivations. Using this knowledge & your technical background, you will seek out ways to fulfill clients’ needs & grow each client’s annual revenue, strive to ensure client satisfaction & retention, and maximize brand awareness within the country.
You are both a hunter for new opportunities and also focused on developing long-term relationships where you nurture your clients to ensure longevity. You can be described as independent (with a lot of initiative) & solution-driven, focusing on big deals & enjoying developing strong customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling Canon Production Print Products.
- Generating high-quality prospects from small to large-sized new businesses across KSA & managing an active pipeline with short or long sales cycles. Acquire & close new business deals through cold calling & prospecting.
- Responsible for care, retention & revenue growth of existing clients.
- Establishing strong business contacts & relationships with stakeholders, including data gathering & leading the customer on a journey to becoming a customer and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Identify qualified prospects & navigate company structures to identify decision makers. Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients & attract prospects, and identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Apply consultative sales skills to explain product benefits & features, overcome objections, & close sales.
- Drive customer engagements, meetings, develop opportunities & other assets to position, propose & close deals.
- Deliver face-to-face & online presentations & proposals.
- Maintain an active pipeline report through Salesforce, logging all activities.
- Quote prices & rates as needed to close deals.
- Assist with analysis and preparation of recommendations to drive productivity, cost reduction, or quality / process improvement.
- Gather customer requirements & understand business processes to translate into high-level solution designs.
- Build compelling value propositions supported by solution designs with clear business cases (financial & business drivers).
- Collaborate with Presales Consultants and Professional Services to define the best solutions.
- Formulate complex facts / solutions comprehensibly.
Requirements
Must have / be:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Extensive knowledge in business process optimization, digital transformation, cost calculation, analysis, and benchmarking.
- Strong interest in new technologies and the IT vendors landscape.
- B2B Account Management experience is preferred.
- Proven lead generation and cold calling experience.
- Outstanding sales, business development & negotiation skills.
- Social media skills (LinkedIn, Networking, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal).
- Excellent mathematical & analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Adaptable, customer-focused, and able to make empowered decisions with integrity, empathy, & compassion.
- Consultative sales skills to explain product benefits & features, overcome objections, & close sales.
- Ability to translate client needs into sales opportunities.
- Excellent listening, assertiveness, persistence, persuasion, and results orientation.
