You will be responsible for delivering a small project or workstream within a larger project, developing coordinated plans with clear initiatives and timelines.

You’ll actively manage client relationships during projects, supervising or collaborating closely with client teams to meet project goals. You will monitor performance, evaluate efficiency, and coach less experienced team members.

Your focus will be on building client capabilities through ongoing coaching to ensure lasting impact. You will specialize in one or more service lines, becoming a subject matter expert in your chosen sector or function.

You will contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by documenting project learnings and sharing insights with your teams. Your development journey includes formal training, mentorship from inspiring partners, and focusing on areas of personal passion and business relevance.

In addition, you will support organizations in the public sector with implementation, transformation, and capability-building initiatives, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and leveraging McKinsey & Company’s expertise.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • An undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
  • 6+ years of consulting or business experience, demonstrating achievement and a drive for growth; international experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, or performance improvement is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage small to medium projects or units with budget responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
