Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Manager who is fluent in Arabic to oversee the IT department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management and hands-on experience with Odoo software. This role involves managing the IT team, overseeing the implementation of technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- IT Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance business operations.
- Project Management : Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Odoo Software Management : Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo software.Provide support and training to staff on Odoo functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Odoo software.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.Allocate resources effectively to support business needs.
- IT Operations and Support : Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures to safeguard company data.Manage IT budgets, including purchasing hardware and software, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments.Communicate IT initiatives, updates, and changes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.Proven experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Hands-on experience with Odoo software, including implementation and customization.Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems, and network management.Certifications : PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
