Overview:

The IT Governance and Projects Head ensures IT operations adhere to governance frameworks, policies, and strategic objectives. They oversee project execution, risk management, and vendor contracts while fostering alignment between IT initiatives and business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and enforce IT Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards.
2. Lead Demand and Project Management: Prioritize IT initiatives effectively.
3. Oversee Risk Management and Business Continuity: Mitigate IT-related risks.
4. Manage Contracts and Vendor Management: Optimize strategic partnerships.
5. Shape IT Strategy: Ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
6. Manage IT budget and spending: Efficiently manage budgets and provide forecast reports.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in IT governance and project management.
• Strong background in compliance, risk mitigation, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (COBIT, NIST).

Skills:

• Strategic planning and IT governance expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with project delivery and risk assessment methodologies.
