Job summary

Rawaj-HCM in Saudi Arabia invites a White Label Director to shape and lead our private-label program across product development, sourcing, and go-to-market. You will collaborate with marketing, procurement, e-commerce, and operations to build a competitive product portfolio and drive margin growth.

You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch, negotiate with OEMs/ODMs, manage MOQs and certifications, and monitor portfolio performance to identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in private label or product development.
• Proven leadership in portfolio management and supplier relations.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating with OEMs/ODMs.
• Strong commercial acumen and market research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute white-label strategy.
• Identify market gaps and new product opportunities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with manufacturers locally and internationally.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Manage supplier relationships, MOQs, lead times, and terms.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
