Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment is seeking a White Label Director to lead the private-label business strategy from concept to launch and ongoing growth. You will collaborate with marketing, procurement, e-commerce and operations to build a competitive product portfolio and strengthen margins.

You will manage supplier relationships with OEMs and ODMs, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, pricing and profitability, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver scalable private-label

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in private label/white label product development or category management.
• Proven leadership in managing product portfolios and supplier relationships.
• Strong experience in sourcing OEM/ODM, negotiations, product costing and margin management.
• Track record of launching and scaling private-label products.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market research and profitability.
• Experience in consumer retail or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with product quality standards and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute white-label and private-label business strategy.
• Identify market gaps and new product development opportunities.
• Source and negotiate with local and international manufacturers (OEMs/ODMs).
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and evaluation.
• Manage supplier relationships, MOQs, lead times and contracts.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance and packaging standards.
• Develop pricing strategies, cost structures, margins and profitability forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce on positioning, branding, launches and sales growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead the white-label team and manage budgets, KPIs, and commercial performance.
