Job summary

The Arab Lens, a leading Saudi retail group, seeks a Sales & Distribution Director to lead the commercial expansion of its private label brands across the Kingdom. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, strengthen distribution capabilities and build a high‑performing sales function to deliver revenue and market growth.

You will develop and execute the private label go-to-market plan, cover retail, HORECA and strategic accounts, set pricing and trade promotions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA desirable.
10+ years in senior sales, commercial, or distribution leadership roles.
Experience in FMCG/retail/distribution environments.
Saudi Arabia/GCC market experience preferred.
Proven record launching and scaling brands, including private label.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for private label and exclusive brands across Saudi Arabia.
Lead expansion and distribution across retail, HORECA, wholesale and corporate accounts.
Set pricing, promotions and trade strategies to strengthen market presence and profitability.
Manage sales plans, revenue targets, budgets and P&L; build a high-performing team.
Maintain strong retailer, distributor and strategic customer relationships.
