Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea, part of the Hyatt portfolio, seeks a Bartender to ensure smooth bar operation and guest satisfaction on the Red Sea coast.

Responsibilities include delivering brand standards, taking orders, serving beverages, upselling, cash handling, inventory maintenance, and knowledge of the Menu and Wine List; experience with Micros is required. Arabic language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven food, beverage, or café experience within the last 2 years.
• Hands-on expertise with commercial espresso machines, grinders and café equipment.
• SMARTSERVE certified.
• At least 1 year serving experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant.
• Basic proficiency in Arabic (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional guest service and upholds brand promise at all times.
• Takes orders, serves beverages, and suggests menu items.
• Upsells beverages to increase revenue.
• Manages cashier duties and processes payments accurately.
• Maintains beverage stock, inventories and par levels.
• Ensures cleanliness and standards of the bar and outlet.
• Follows Micros system procedures and cash handling policies.
• Coordinates with team leaders and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
