Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive – BYD in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Vehicle Registration Officer to manage vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, plate issuance, and related government transactions across its dealer network.

You will work with Sales, Aftersales, Finance and branch teams, ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, maintain records, and prepare reports. Proficiency in SAP or dealer management systems and strong Arabic/English communication are required.

Qualifications

High school certificate is required; diploma or bachelor's preferred.
2-4 years of relevant experience in vehicle registration or government relations in Saudi Arabia.
Proficient with Saudi government e-services and regulations; experience in automotive dealership is a plus.
Strong Arabic and English communication; good knowledge of SAP or a dealer management system.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

Process vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, plate issuance, and de-registration.
Manage transactions through Saudi government platforms and e-services.
Coordinate inspections, insurance, customs and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records for audits; safeguard original documents and plates.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on registrations and exceptions.
Identify process improvements to reduce turnaround time.
