Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Vehicle Registration Officer to manage end-to-end registration, renewals, transfers, and de-registrations across its KSA dealership network. You will coordinate MVPI inspections, insurance binding, and required documents while liaising with government entities to ensure compliance and timely customer handover.

The role requires strong bilingual English/Arabic communication, attention to detail, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Manage daily vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, plates and deregistrations across KSA branches.
• Process government transactions on Absher, Najiz, MVPI, Tamm, Fasah and Sabir per regulations.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections (MVPI), insurance binding (Tameen) and required customs documents.
• Maintain relationships with Traffic Department, MoCI, SASO, ZATCA, insurers and inspection centers.
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Branch Managers and government entities.
• Ensure accurate SAP/Dealer Management System entries and real-time reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on volumes and turnaround times; support process improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and cascade impacts to stakeholders.
• Contribute to SOP development for vehicle registration and related processes.
