Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Riyadh is seeking an Accessories Manager to build and scale the BYD and Denza accessories and service products business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will own the end-to-end P&L and lead cross-functional teams to deliver a competitive portfolio and differentiated service programs.

The role requires 9–15 years in Automotive Accessories or Aftersales Commercial Management, with strong vendor negotiation and market insight into Saudi/Gulf customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Automotive Management or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated track record in Accessories, Service Product development or Aftersales Commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year Accessories & Service Products strategy for BYD, Denza in KSA.
• Establish and manage the accessories operating model and pricing architecture.
• Own end-to-end P&L for accessories with annual operating plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Onboard local and regional accessory suppliers and partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, quality standards and exclusivity.
