Job summary

Mnzil is seeking a Transportation Manager in Riyadh to run fleet and transportation operations for client employees. You will lead the transportation team, manage vendors, and ensure trips are safe, on time, and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive schedules, routes, vendor contracts, and KPI tracking while maintaining compliance with transport regulations and safety standards. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 4+ years of logistics experience; transportation or fleet management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience managing drivers, dispatchers or transport vendors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transportation team, including fleet dispatch and vendor relations.
• Plan schedules and routes to keep clients' employees moving on time.
• Manage fleet operators and vendors, including contracts, performance and costs.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
• Track service KPIs, costs and client feedback, and fix issues fast.
• Build clear processes and reporting as the service grows.
