Job summary

Mnzil, a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh, seeks a Head of Finance to own all finance matters and partner with the CEO on budgeting, investment decisions and fundraising support. Build systems, tools and processes to provide accurate numbers as the company scales.

You will lead the accounting team, own cash flow and treasury, and drive cost optimisation across key expenses while collaborating with leadership to drive growth in Saudi Arabia and across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 8+ years of finance experience, including building or rebuilding a finance function in a growth environment.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• IFRS in a KSA context, ERP implementation and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
• PropTech, real estate or capital-intensive business experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports on time, with zero material errors.
• Design and roll out a planning and budgeting framework adopted by every department.
• Build an integrated financial reporting dashboard with automated data feeds.
• Own cash flow, treasury and payment management.
• Run a cost optimisation programme across key expense categories.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and act as a true business partner to leadership.

As Head of Finance, you will own all finance matters at Mnzil and partner with the CEO and leadership team on major financial decisions, including budgeting, investment analysis and fundraising support. You will build the financial systems, tools and processes that give the company accurate numbers and clear visibility as we scale.
