Job summary

Mnzil | منزل in Riyadh seeks a Construction Manager to own the full project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, safety, and quality to Mnzil's standards.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers, review drawings for clashes, prepare scopes, BoQs and cost estimates, and manage risks and variations with leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on construction project management delivering mid-to-large projects from design to handover.
• Strong experience with budgets, BoQs, cost estimates and variation orders.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Saudi site experience and knowledge of local codes is a strong plus; PMP is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, execution, closeout and handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings critically and flag clashes or cost drivers early.
• Prepare scopes, specifications, BoQs and cost estimates, and negotiate contractor and supplier quotes.
• Set schedules, budgets and milestones, track site progress daily and act fast on risks.
• Manage variations and claims, and report status, cost and risks to leadership.

Our Real Estate & Construction team turns Mnzil's plans into real, liveable spaces at scale. As Construction Manager, you are the single accountable owner of each project, from the first planning meeting to final handover: on time, on budget, safe and built to Mnzil's standard.

Requirements
