Afaaqcom in Jeddah seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize refrigerated and dry transportation fleets, plan trips, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will lead drivers and operations teams, monitor KPIs, manage costs, and improve service quality while complying with safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in refrigerated & dry transportation and logistics operations.
• Experience managing fleets, drivers, and transportation trips.
• Strong knowledge of operational cost and KPI analysis.
• Experience with TMS / Fleet Management / Vehicle Tracking Systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Good knowledge of transportation and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong knowledge of operational cost and KPI analysis.
• Experience with TMS / Fleet Management / Vehicle Tracking Systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment

Field and office-based, with continuous operational follow-up and handling of breakdowns, delays, and emergencies when required.
