Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Tele-sales Agent in Saudi Arabia to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into confirmed appointments for sales centers or site visits.

You will respond to new inquiries, gather customer needs, and provide accurate information on projects, prices, payment plans, and delivery dates while maintaining CRM records and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of tele-sales or call center experience.
• Real estate experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Hands-on CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Respond promptly to new leads and qualify customer needs.
• Understand customer budget, payment method, unit type, size, location, and timeline.
• Provide information about projects, prices, payment plans, and delivery dates.
• Book, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
