Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Tele-sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into sales appointments or site visits in Riyadh. You will use the CRM to track interactions and meet daily targets, while providing accurate project details and delivery timelines.

Fluent Arabic and good English are required, with 1–3 years in tele-sales or call center. Real estate experience is a plus; you will handle objections and maintain compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Respond promptly to new leads and qualify customer needs.
• Understand customer budget, payment method, preferred unit type, size, location, and purchase timeline.
• Provide accurate information about projects, unit types, prices, payment plans, and delivery dates.
• Book, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Follow up with cold and non-responsive leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Handle customer objections professionally and handle complaints when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable REGA requirements.
