Job summary

Misk Schools is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding at our Riyadh campus. You will build a talent pipeline, organize requisitions, post jobs, and screen applicants to ensure a strong fit.

You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, and compliance, maintain agency relationships, and support visa processes for international hires while safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field (essential).
• +2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in mass recruiting.
• Worked with local and international recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from requisitions to onboarding.
• Advertise and post jobs across boards and social channels.
• Source candidates using job boards, agencies, social media, and referrals.
• Review candidates and conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Handle pre-employment paperwork and onboarding processes.
• Follow safeguarding policies and promote welfare of students.
• Coordinate visa requirements for international hires.
