Job summary

Aldenham Riyadh is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Candidate Experience professional to manage end-to-end hiring for teaching administrative and operational roles. You will publish vacancies, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a professional, well-organised experience.

You will support onboarding, pre-joining activities, visa and documentation coordination, and collaborate with IT, finance and department heads to ensure a smooth start

Qualifications

• Essential: broad experience in recruitment, HR, people operations or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple recruitment, onboarding and employee cases across departments.
• Fluency in English and highly organized with meticulous record keeping.
• Knowledge of Saudi employment practices and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for teaching, administrative and operational roles.
• Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies via platforms and agencies.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure professional candidate experience.
• Support pre-joining onboarding, visa, relocation and joining documentation.
• Coordinate offers, references, qualification checks and pre-employment docs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies.
