Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select top candidates for open positions.
• Prepare job offers and facilitate onboarding experiences.
• Verify candidate documentation and accurately update records in the HR system.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and health certificate verifications.
• Draft employment contracts and process government/commercial authentication requests.
• Manage authorization requests related to passport services and administrative letters.
• Process advance salary requests for newly onboarded staff.
• Organize domestic travel bookings and align accommodation availability.
• Track and document employee leave schedules in coordination with line managers.
• Generate monthly reports to trigger re-employment protocols.
• Re-issue offers and update profiles for returning staff in the system.
