Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for a large corporate environment. You will partner with hiring managers across functions, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in line with Saudi labor regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in talent acquisition, is based in Riyadh, and excels at direct sourcing and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Expatriate candidates currently working in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a large organization (500+ employees preferred).
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and job boards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a positive experience throughout hiring.
• Provide recruitment market insights and updates to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment across multiple functions in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Ensure activities comply with Saudi labour regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a large and established organization in Riyadh.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who has worked in a large-scale corporate environment, ideally within Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, Logistics, FMCG, or another similar industry.

The ideal candidate should currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement briefing and sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, screen and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and other talent channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide recruitment market insights, hiring updates and talent intelligence to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment across multiple functions within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and applicable Saudi labour regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Expatriate candidates currently working in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working within a large organization, preferably with 500+ employees; experience in organizations with 200+ employees will also be considered.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with hiring managers.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced and matrixed environment.
