Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across the organization. You will develop strategic staffing plans, optimize recruitment channels, and streamline onboarding while partnering with executives to secure top talent in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR/recruitment with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Native fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law, executive regulations, and government portals (Qiwa, TAQAT, Muqeem).
• Advanced interview skills, offer negotiation, and proficiency with ATS.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to build trust with executives and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job postings on portals including LinkedIn and TAQAT.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and perform technical assessments with heads.
• Coordinate interview schedules and consolidate panel recommendations.
• Draft and review offers and contracts per salary scales and policies.
• Negotiate offers and start dates with final candidates.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Build partnerships with universities and participate in career fairs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat, and Qiwa requirements.
• Coordinate medical screenings, background checks, and document submissions.
