Job summary

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across operations, technical, and corporate roles in Riyadh. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

You will support workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for operational, technical, and corporate roles.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with workforce planning is an advantage.
• Professional HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop hiring plans.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare job offers and support salary negotiations.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment KPIs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company recruitment policies
