Job summary

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support strategic growth in Riyadh. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, professional certification (SOCPA/CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred), and at least 5 years in finance with 2 in a managerial capacity. Fluency in English is essential.

• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment decisions, and operational performance improvement.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
