Job summary

BEC Arabia in Riyadh seeks a Senior Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for its construction, infrastructure, and engineering portfolio across the GCC. You will source, attract, and onboard top-tier professionals while aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a strong HR background, and expertise in Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, and GOSI. Join a fast-paced, multicultural team delivering mega-projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or specialist role.
• Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and GOSI.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, or similar ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop and implement creative talent acquisition strategies for construction/engineering sectors.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
• Utilize ATS tools and platforms to source and manage candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for local and international talent pools.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Enhance employer branding through campaigns and career fairs.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior HR team members on best practices.
