Job summary

Roland Berger Middle East is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in Riyadh to manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and management roles. You will source, screen, assess, and coordinate offers while partnering with leaders to forecast hiring needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience across multiple functions.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across consulting and management functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Conduct market mapping to identify target talent pools and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Build relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs.
• Drive Saudization initiatives and support Saudi talent attraction.
• Collaborate with universities and associations for campus recruitment.
