Job summary

Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a CS Sales professional to develop new client relationships and grow sales of spare parts, retrofits, and single machine products.

You will identify opportunities, prepare commercial proposals and quotations, and support growth across the assigned territory, working closely with the Sales and Service Team under the Area Sales/Service Manager to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in Grains and Food Processing.
• Strong sales and CRM skills.
• Ability to conduct sales conversations and negotiations.
• Ability to develop technical solutions with customers.
• Excellent written and oral communication; English fluent; Arabic advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the assigned territory.
• Identify sales prospects, contact new and existing accounts, and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Align market activities with the Area Sales/Service Manager in the territory.
• Identify and understand customer needs and provide optimum customer service and support.
• Identify, handle, and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities and developments to the Supervisor.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations for equipment and plant business.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars.
• Ensure client data in CRM is up to date.
• Implement sales targets and contribute to budget for plant & equipment and CS business.
