Job summary

Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a CS Sales professional to build new client relationships and drive sales of spare parts, retrofits, and single machine products. You will craft commercial proposals, manage customer relations, and support growth across the territory.

You will collaborate with the Sales and Service Team, coordinate with the Area Sales/Service Manager, and aim to boost customer satisfaction and business growth through effective account management and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Grains and Food Processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Grains and Food Processing with excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct sales conversations and contract negotiations with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop technical/technological solutions with and for customers; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to work with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage; PSSR experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the territory.
• Identify sales prospects and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Align activities with the Area Sales/Service Manager in the territory.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective service and support.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities to the Supervisor.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations to generate sales leads for equipment and plant business.
• Participate in marketing events and seminars.
• Keep CRM client data up to date.
• Contribute to sales targets and budget for plant, equipment, and CS business.
