Job summary

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, is seeking a Sales, Coordinator to support sales operations, coordinate tender and RFP submissions, and manage orders in NetSuite. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and accurate documentation.

The candidate will monitor tender deadlines, manage the sales inbox, maintain registrations and certificates, and follow up with finance for payments, while ensuring clear communication in Arabic

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, tender administration, or a similar role.
• Experience with Etimad, SAP Ariba, and NetSuite preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and RFP submissions through Etimad and SAP Ariba portals.
• Monitor deadlines, clarifications, portal updates, and submission statuses.
• Manage the sales email inbox and route inquiries to stakeholders.
• Maintain certificates, registrations, and supporting documents; coordinate renewals.
• Create and update purchase orders and sales orders in NetSuite.
• Coordinate with Operations and PMO to track orders and delivery requirements.
• Follow up with Finance on payment requirements and invoices.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier registrations and track status.
• Maintain a consolidated tracker for tenders, orders, and renewals.
• Prepare regular status updates highlighting deadlines and outstanding actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
