Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on project sales opportunities and continuously update their data.
• Coordinate with customers to receive orders and inquiries and to follow up on their requirements.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals in coordination with the relevant authorities.
• Monitor tenders and new projects and ensure that the required documents are completed.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, and Finance departments to ensure that project needs are met.
• Follow up on sales orders and contracts, and on project execution stages up to delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports related to sales, project status, and future opportunities.
• Follow up on the collection of financial dues in coordination with the Finance department.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer and project database.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and strengthening relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure projects are executed according to the agreed requirements.
