Job summary

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a Sales Coordinator to streamline tender submissions, sales communications, and order processing in NetSuite. You will manage registrations, renewals, and finance follow-ups while coordinating with Operations, PMO, and external partners.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or bachelor’s in business administration, experience in tender administration, and proficiency in Arabic and English. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, tender administration, or similar role.
• Experience with Etimad, SAP Ariba, and NetSuite preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organization, detail orientation, and deadline management.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and RFP submissions via Etimad and SAP Ariba.
• Monitor deadlines, clarifications, portal updates, and submission statuses.
• Manage the sales email inbox and route inquiries to stakeholders.
• Maintain certificates, registrations, and supporting documents; renewals.
• Create/update purchase and sales orders in NetSuite.
• Coordinate with Operations/PMO on order progress and documents.
• Follow up with Finance on payment requirements and invoicing.
• Coordinate vendor registrations and track status.
• Maintain a consolidated tracker for tenders, orders, renewals, and payments.
• Prepare regular status updates highlighting deadlines and delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
