Job summary

You will work with the warehouse and tender teams, maintain the iNUPCO records, and generate weekly reports on all appointments and deliveries.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; candidates based in Riyadh are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tender delivery appointments with NUPCO and coordinate delivery deadlines.
• Receive invoices and coordinate booking on iNUPCO website; follow up on POs & invoices.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; maintain tender databases.
• Provide support to fellow team members to meet Zahrawi’s goals.
