Job summary

Eram Talent, on behalf of a prestigious client in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Learning & Development Manager to shape capabilities and drive organizational excellence through innovative training programs.

You will design a state-of-the-art training catalogue, lead governance and strategic plans, oversee e-learning, evaluate ROI, and partner with technology to deliver data-driven curriculum improvements, with at least 11 years in L&D and 5+ in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified.
• Minimum of 11 years in Learning & Development, Training, or related field with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Professional HR/L&D certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the department's strategic plans and annual business plans.
• Benchmark training catalog against marketBest practices to create a state-of-the-art program; design in-house courses.
• Oversee e-learning processes and report on ROI and training quality.
• Analyze data and feedback to propose data-driven improvements to curriculum and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
