Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in training and development or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design.
• Proven ability to create engaging training content and run sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in LMS and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the company’s training framework and standards.
• Identify competency gaps using performance data and surveys.
• Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Create and manage onboarding and digital learning programs using technology.
• Develop training materials, manuals and visuals; ensure quality.
• Evaluate programs and trainers; recommend improvements.
• Manage annual training budget and forecast investments.
• Partner with external providers and certification bodies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on training outcomes.
• Support managers with coaching and learning techniques.
