Job summary

Eram Talent is hiring for a client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, for a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst. The role focuses on processing, analyzing, and interpreting large data records to support data-driven decision-making at the MIS and business-operations intersection, ideally within Learning & Development.

Responsibilities include data processing, insights generation, and the design of dashboards and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data processing, and business reporting.
• Prior work experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or HR domain is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing & Analysis: Extract, clean, compile, and analyze large datasets using MS Excel, PDF Pro. and corporate tools.
• Insights & Decision Support: Interpret data records, identify trends, and present data-backed recommendations to management.
• Reporting & Documentation: Design, build, and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc dashboards and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Domain Alignment: Partner with MIS, L&D, and HR to evaluate program performance and training metrics.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate reporting workflows to identify gaps and streamline data collection.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Communicate analytical findings effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
