Job summary

SkillUp MENA, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Implementation & Operations Specialist to lead the end-to-end delivery of learning programs. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, and freelance trainers to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.

The role oversees project implementation, platform administration, trainer management, event logistics, and reporting. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills are essential to drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or Learning & Development.
• Strong project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within Learning & Development, training, or EdTech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and operational delivery of learning programs.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and freelance trainers for seamless execution.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact during program delivery.
• Manage learning event logistics, including venues, vendors, travel, and attendee communications.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of freelance trainers.
• Coordinate with CSM to administer TXP platform, learner enrollment, and certifications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement improvements.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Track KPIs and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Maintain implementation docs, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for successful delivery.
