Job summary

Al-Qadsiah Club seeks a Learning & Development Manager in Khobar to lead design, development and delivery of comprehensive L&D initiatives, ensuring employees gain essential knowledge, skills and competencies to perform and advance.

The role covers competency frameworks, IDPs, leadership development, coaching, and induction programmes, aligning learning with the club’s strategic priorities and Saudi sports vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or related areas.
• Experience designing and implementing learning and development programmes.
• Experienced delivering learning programmes.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and competency-based development initiatives.
• Experience working with leaders and employees on development and capability-building activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Club.
• Ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform effectively and support the Club's development objectives.
• Drive learning and development programmes, competency-based development initiatives, leadership development activities, coaching and mentoring programmes, and individual development planning to support employee growth and capability enhancement.
• Develop and maintain the Learning & Development strategy and approach.
• Develop the annual development plan and budget.
• Identify learning priorities and development requirements across the Club.
• Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
