The candidate will handle payroll, benefits, and HRIS management while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws. A Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin is required; Master’s is preferred, with SHRM-CP/PHR highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Act as a key contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts via HR guidance.
• Ensure HR activities comply with Saudi labour laws and company policies; maintain records and contracts.
