A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to provide comprehensive HR support, including employee counselling, managing vacation and insurance matters, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, is fluent in Arabic and English, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills. This role requires attention to confidential matters and legal compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up oncoming talents with users in ERP system.
• Managing GOSI, Medical Insurance, employees’ vacation and business trips.
• Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records.
