Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, and employee services in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in HR Operations, Government Relations, HRIS, Payroll, and employee services.

You will manage HR transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI, maintain employee data, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience in Contracting / Facility Management preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad & GOSI.
• Experience in Government Relations, HRIS, Payroll & Medical Insurance.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI.
• Handle Government Relations and coordinate with relevant government authorities.
• Manage Medical Insurance administration and employee-related services.
• Maintain employee data and processes through HRIS .
• Manage and coordinate Payroll Processing.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
