Zhende Middle East is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures a seamless hiring process and a positive work environment.
The candidate will handle payroll, benefits, and HRIS management while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws. A Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin is required; Master’s is preferred, with SHRM-CP/PHR highly desirable.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings candidate screening interviews and new hire onboarding Ensure a seamless process for all new employees from orientation to integration into the company culture
Act as a key point of contact for employees addressing concerns resolving conflicts and providing HR guidance Foster a positive workplace environment and maintain employee satisfaction
Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labour laws and company policies Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle all documentation related to employment contracts leaves and benefits
Manage payroll processing ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement Administer employee benefits including health insurance allowances and other welfare programs
Proficiently manage HRIS Human Resources Information Systems and other HR tools to track employee data generate reports and streamline HR operations Experience with systems like SAP QIWA GOSI MUQEEM
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred for advanced positions.A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a dynamic work environment, showcasing a strong understanding of HR best practices.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable, reflecting commitment to the field and ongoing professional development.Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare) is advantageous, providing contextual understanding of sector-specific HR challenges.
