The Client of Eram Talent seeks a specialist to drive the Specialist Development Program by analyzing systems, resolving data gaps, and streamlining processes through automation or redesign. You will manage SDP metrics, audits, and board sessions, shaping reports and executive materials for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and reliable program reporting, with strong emphasis on governance and analytics.
