Key Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance all internal .NET applications to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Design and manage the organization’s intranet portal, including new features, UI updates, and performance improvements.
• Build and support system integrations using .NET frameworks, APIs, and web services.
• Develop and maintain microservices to improve scalability, performance, and modularity of internal systems.
• Customize, configure, and support SharePoint solutions, including workflows, sites, and document management.
• Design and support mobile application interfaces and workflows, ensuring usability and consistency with backend services.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to maintain high system availability.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for applications, integrations, and system processes.
• Ensure all solutions follow security standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new technologies, tools, and development approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Practical experience in SharePoint customization and administration.
• Background in intranet portal development and support.
• Exposure to mobile application design.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control, and coding best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
