Eram Talent is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Controller for a client in Dhahran. You will drive financial oversight, governance, performance tracking, and executive reporting for enterprise-scale programs.

The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, expertise in dashboard design, and the ability to synthesize complex project data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering (Finance focus).
• Minimum GPA expectations (where stated) and coursework aligning with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Familiarity with tracking CapEx and OpEx; ERP systems for integrated financial tracking.
• Preferred certifications (CCP/CCT, CFP/CMA, PMP, Power BI DA).

Responsibilities

• Cost & Benefits Validation: support cost estimation and validate outcomes against business cases.
• Program Governance & Management: apply governance frameworks to planning and execution of transformation initiatives.
• Dashboard Development: design and maintain dashboards tracking financial metrics, schedules, risks, and benefits.
• Executive Reporting: synthesize program data into concise, visually compelling materials for leadership.
• Variance Analysis: conduct variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Risk & Issue Tracking: monitor risks with governance frameworks and ensure mitigation strategies.
• Analytical & Quantitative: interpret complex financial data and deliver strategic insights.
• Problem-Solving: identify and resolve budget deviations effectively.
• Communication & Collaboration: collaborate with Project Management and Finance teams.
• Technical & Data Tools: advanced Excel; hands-on Power BI/Tableau; familiarity with MS Project/Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet.
