Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced SDP program lead to analyze existing systems, identify operational requirements, and streamline processes through automation or redesign.

You will manage SDP metrics, audits, and governance; facilitate SDP/APDP Board meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, dashboards, and executive e-Packages, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reliable program reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Training & Development, HR Operations, or similar analytical scope.
• Ability to audit metrics and ensure data accuracy.
• Experience organizing SDP/APDP board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDP program by analyzing systems to identify operational requirements and resolve reporting gaps.
• Manage SDP metrics, auditing, and governance.
• Facilitate SDP/APDP Board meetings, sessions, agendas, minutes, and executive reports.
