The candidate will synthesize complex data into actionable insights, executive-ready presentations, and structured reports while collaborating with Learning & Development and HR to evaluate program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in data analysis, data processing, and business reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with PDF Professional tools for document processing and reporting.
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or HR domain preferred.

Eram Talent is hiring for their reputed client in Dhahran Saudi Arabia a Business Systems amp Reporting Analyst The Business Systems amp Reporting Analyst will be responsible for processing analyzing and interpreting large-scale data records to support data-driven decision-making processes Sitting at the intersection of Management Information Systems MIS and business operations preferably within the Learning amp Development L amp D domain the successful candidate will synthesize complex information into actionable insights executive presentations and structured reports

Responsibilities

Data Processing amp Analysis Extract clean compile and analyze large datasets utilizing MS Excel PDF Professional and corporate reporting tools Insights amp Decision Support Interpret complex data records identify operational trends draw meaningful conclusions and present data-backed recommendations to management Reporting amp Documentation Design build and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reporting dashboards and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Domain Alignment Partner closely with business units specifically Learning amp Development HR to evaluate program performance training metrics and operational deliverables Process Improvement Evaluate existing reporting workflows and systems to identify gaps streamline data collection and enhance reporting accuracy Cross-Functional Teamwork Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate analytical findings clearly and support ongoing business projects

Education

Work Experience
